Terms of Service

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of them. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement prevails.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced for a client are handed over with full ownership on final payment. Content on this website, including text, branding, and illustrations, remains our property.

Fees, payment schedules, and terms are defined per engagement. Invoices are due as stated in the applicable agreement. Late payment may pause work until the account is settled.

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the work.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
